No it does not. Hasswell-E requires a X99 motherboard

Does your usage pattern require more CPU cores or PCIe lanes than currently available on Z97? How this is answered also answers the question of "much better".

they going to cost more, and ram have a high price.
when it comes to games they are on the same level.

hmm thats nice to hear:) i dont think the ddr 4 wont make that much of diffrence either as far as gaming perfomance goes? ive heard that going over 1886mhz is just a waste?
