Different VID`s after reboot PC

Hello. I use ASUS Prime Z390 a with 9900k. When i use adaptive voltage with turbo 1.29 ... my CPU VID`s stay near 1.29, but sometime after reboot it stay`s near 1.27 (maximum VID`s) that`s my problem, becouse total VCORE down to 1.24 (LLC6) ... with my normal load vcore 1.26. What is it? Why it happens?

Something is not right. 1.4v is approaching dangerous levels for a 9900K. I run at 1.25v and my CPU draws 230 watts at full AVX load with P95 Small FFT torture test.

I saw something strange, if i use per core 48 (vcore and vid`s) goes down when idle. If i use sync all cores - it`s work (vcroe down and freq.) only on balanced powerplane (windows 10). Is it ok?

I never had luck with Adaptive Voltage myself.
I just set Svid to Typical Scenario and got it to work at 4.7 all core. My 9900KF is a dud and probably is not stable over 4.9 all core no matter what the cooling.

I tried 4.9 - 5.0 it was bad idea...

Now i try to understand why my CPU want`s different VID, like lottery after reboot. Maybe my MOBO is cheap ).

It crash on idle and games... when it want`s 1.27...

I used 0.01, used auto VCCIO ... can`t stop use maximum VID 1.27, when i need 1.29... it live`s own life.

Have another way... use LLC 7, max turbo 1.26 ... CPU use another VID`s... VCORE stay near 1.27 (more temps)... but in games it crashes (app closed)

maybe add offset?? +0.05

i think that manual mode my friend!

Offset Mode is great for when you already have an idea of how your CPU takes voltage.

I would start at 4.7 and try Typical Scenario.

Maybe set Long Term Power to 200w to avoid extreme thermal throttle.

and LLC7 is far too aggressive in my estimation.

LLC4 to 6 is a safer range to stay in.

LLC7 could harm your CPU if you're not careful.

If it doesn't crash don't worry about it I guess. Run Prime95 AVX small FFT to get a worst case scenario and use HWInfo to check for WHEA errors and temps.
