Difference between two ASUS G50JK / Bus?

Hello

I´m looking at two different models of the ASUS G50JK.
The pricetag-difference is around USD500 - so a big difference.

I already have a 512GB SSD and 16GB of ram from another laptop.
Thats why I´m considering buying the version on the left with the Serial ATA-300 Bus.

Will that be a problem in regards to performace now that it doesnt have Serial ATA-600 since I will be installing my own SSD and the 16gb of ram?

Or does it simply mean that the two different drives uses two different BUS - and then nothing is different between the two computers hardware-wise?
