DC and PWM question

hey guys

just a quick question. in my bios it looks like this.

does that mean DC is selected or is the gray box the selected one? Just wanna make sure when i put more fans in etc.

In your picture, PWM is selected because it has the brighter text. ASUS motherboards typically use PWM for better fan control. Adding more fans is great for airflow, but double-check your motherboard manual for supported fan headers and amperage limits.

As above, PWM is highlighted so is currently selected. The board should auto-detect fan type. PWM are preferable over DC fans because they allow for more precise and efficient speed control.
