Crosshair V Formula-Z | FF Error Ruining My Life

So, my brother while off in Iraq is handed a box of computer junk by his buddy who wanted to introduce him to the world of PC gaming. He takes the box and with help throws together a low end computer. Eventually near the end of his service he has enough extra money to invest a decent amount in to a nice rig.
He spends a ton of money on parts, has no idea what he is doing, long story short here I am trying to get his computer working so he can game.

At first the motherboards accent lights would come on but would not power up, so I spent what little money I had on a PSU.
Turns out the BIOS just needed updating because it didn't support the FX CPU. I'm already broke and wasted my money on something I didn't need... great.

Now once I finally got the ******* to power up, i get this FF error as well as the dram light staying on.
Also for some reason the power LED on the case doesn't come on even though everything powers up.
No power LED, no post screen, monitor stays black.
I have tried an Athalon II processor, an alternate PSU, three different graphics cards, and two heat-sinks and fans (both stock).
I have taken everything apart and cleaned it and put everything back together.
I have cleared the CMOS as well as removing the battery for 10 minutes.
I have read every thread on every site I could possibly find about this.
I DO NOT HAVE MONEY TO SPEND ON THIS
So whatever is the problem I need to know exactly what it is so I don't buy things I don't need.

As of now what everything is telling me is that the RAM is most likely the suspect as well as the only thing I don't have a replacement for.

Here is a list of all the parts that are supposed to be hooked up as well as the alternates I have tried.

Crosshair V Formula-Z Motherboard
AMD FX-6300 CPU ( As well as an Athalon II)
ADATA Gaming Series DDR3-1600 RAM 2GB x2
EVGA GTX 650 TI x2 (Ran in SLI and seperately, I also tried a GTS 250 E-Green)
Sea Gate Barracuda 1TB HDD
1050WPSU & 750W PSU
Stock CPU Heat-Sink + Fan x2

I'm pulling my hair out here.
If it is the RAM then fine, I can find some I'm sure, but I have to know for sure so I don't waste more money I don't have.
If I missed anything let me know and I will give it a go.

Thank you for spending the time to help

pull the ram and try 1 stick in there.
if one dont do it switch it out and test the other.

These are from the QVA List

A-DATA AM2U16BC2P1 2GB SS
A-DATA 3CCD-1509A-

A-DATA AM2U16BC4P2 4GB DS
A-DATA 3CCD-1509A

A-DATA AX3U1600GC4G9(XMP) 4GB DS 1.55~1.75
A-DATA AX3U1600PC4G8(XMP) 4GB DS 8-8-8-24 1.55~1.75
A-DATA AX3U1600XC4G79(XMP) 4GB DS 7-9-7-21 1.65

Check the above for a match with yours. and as kkn says, One at a time and switch.

Also: Qcode 57=cpu mismatch
Qcode 50-53 = memory failure to initialise or invalid

Not sure about FF cause that is a reserved Qcode.
