CORSAIR Vengeance Pro on MVF

I have an Asus Maximus V Formula with an Intel i7-3770K @4.4 and a kit of memory Kingston Genesis 2x4GB @1600

Im going to buy 16GB 2x8 of ram CORSAIR Vengeance Pro DDR-1866MHz Kit (CMY16GX3M2A1866C9R)
Its compatible? Timings and CAS latency ?

The corsair vengeance pro will probably work but if I could talk you into this ram kit I'm 100% sure it will work and match your motherboard nicely. Newegg has them cheaper but they're out of stock there. I'm running 16GB (4x4GB) 2800MHz trident x with my 3770k.

Omg thks man, mems thats good price, the difference into 1866 and 2400 are biggest?

2400MHz is faster than 1866MHz but the 1866MHz kit has tighter timings. Higher frequency wins but not by much as the timings are loosened for higher frequency kits so the performance gain going from 1866MHz to 2400MHz isn't as big as you might expect.

But comparing the corsair vengeance pro 2400MHz and the G.Skill Trident X 2400Mhz, the trident x has tighter timings.

G.Skill Trident X 2400Mhz timings 10-12-12-31
Corsair vengeance pro 2400MHz timings 11-13-13-31

I would choose the Trident X kit with the tighter timings.
