Confused over sli+quad

Hi guys could you resolve a problem that I have.
I have heard that the GTX670 will not run in a quad config on my Rampage IV Extreme
which seems strange to me:confused:
Hope you guys can throw some light on this subject.

It is not a limitation of the board but of the card. GTX 670 at the moment will not do quad SLI ( http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-670/specifications ) but NVIDIA have said it will via driver update "in the future".

I don't know if that driver update has since arrived.....

Thanks for your reply Arne just checked out the new driver from Nvidia 301.42 and the diver incorporates support for Quad SLI for the GTX670 http://us.download.nvidia.com/Windows/301.42/301.42-win7-winvista-desktop-release-notes.pdf
