Welcome to the ROG Forum!

Please, double-check what code the quick LEDs are displaying... also, check the Debug LEDs...

Most often a sudden restart happens at the Win logo when the SATA port is not set correctly and/or you're trying to run a storage device pre-loaded with the OS...

Please, set the SATA ports to AHCI for the SSD and make sure that you make a fresh install of your OS...

Before installing the OS, you could run memtest86+ to make sure that your memories are OK...

alright im running memtest right now and my sata ports were already set to AHCI should i use a secure erase on my ssd before installing a fresh os or just leave it?

You can use secure erase, but usually during the Win installation you have the option to delete the existing partitions and let the installer create and format new ones - just be careful when installing, have only the SSD connected...
