Computer not booting

Hello all i have a new asus maximus extreme IV P67 board with a GTX 560
And 2 sticks of kingston 4gb DDR 3
I have installed the new mobo but each time i try to boot When the computer starts the memory intialization process
It shuts down and resrarts.
I have checked the DIMM sticks everything is fine and i have replaced the sticks but stil no luck
Is there any thing on the board that i need to jumper?

Can you list yout system setup for the forums member to help you. Such RAM Model, and how you check your RAM Stick is oK.

I have checked the sticks ona diffrent computer

Yes please a full system list would be good to have.

Key are PSU, RAM type and model.

Try with one stick of ram in the furtherest slot from the CPU.

Kingston 4Gb DDR 3 1600Mhz blu

For the record i have started thd computer it seems like it is starting to boot but i can see on
The board is starting code F2 code (on the digital seven segment )
And then shut down and restarts
From the board manual the F2 code is memory intalization and so i have disconnected the memory and then the mobo is starting to beep
That there is no memory

The CPU IS CORE I5 3450 IVY bridge 6M 3.1Mhz
And i still dont know the BIOS version becuse i cant see the screen yet

OK those are very reliable ram I have used them many times with the same board.

What you need to tell me is what your CPU is.

2550K or 2600K or what?

If it is a 3570 or an Ivy CPU then you have a problem.

Do you have the Kingston HyperX Blue? yes, those are very reliable...

Maybe, while you're specifying your CPU model, you could share with us the BIOS version on your mobo too?
