Chipset Temps Insane!

 i have a z690f, 12900k, 3090ti, and I've been seeing a lot of crashing during Space Marine 2 - so I checked my BIOS temps and chipset is super hot, 106-108C at idle. What can I do?

There seems to be an issue with contact there for sure. If the board is outside of warranty you may want to remove the heatsink and reapply thermal compound. I'd recommend Honeywell PTM 7950 if looking for suggestions.
