DDR clock is half of the transfer rate. 2400 MHz is the clock speed, 4800 MT/s is the transfer rate; it's Double Data Rate (DDR).
Your configuration is not on the QVL. The QVL only has 2 stick configurations for 7600 (that's the "socket support" column); 4 stick overclocked memory is harder to run than 2 stick. You may find success by reducing the speed and/or loosening the timings. There are currently no 4 stick configurations on the QVL, but that may change as DDR5 matures. I'd probably start at about 6000 or 6400, and see if that's stable, then try each faster step until I found the point of instability. Once you think you've found the fastest stable speed, running Memtest might be a good idea, to confirm that it really is stable.
