Can't get a decent OC on the i9-10980xe without getting unsafe temp levels

Hi everyone,

The build is in my signature. I'm using Passmark Performance Test V10 to check my CPU (I am old timer). I have the following main BIOS settings but can't get above that without reaching unsafe temp levels.

The best I could get for that test was:
- CPU Core ratio set to: 47 topping at 5062Mhz (no idea why it goes beyond the limit)
- CPU Core Voltage: 1.160
- BCLK: 100
- CPU package max temp: 77C
- CPU Cores max temp: 82C

RAM though outside the QVL is OC-ed and working wonderfully, I copied the XMP settings:
- DRAM timings: 18-22-22-42
- DRAM Voltage: 1.35V both
- DRAM Freq: 3800Mhz could try higher probably but this is stable.
- CPU VCCIO : 1.2
- CPU System Agent: 1.15

I used the new TIM Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut Extreme and applied it with the spread method, spent a bit of time spreading it like butter at breakfast 😄

Any settings / experiences to help lower that 82C high temp mark? and squeeze more Mhz juice out?

Many TIA
