Hi can I put an I3 instead of the I7 in my laptop.

swap to
I34160

why would u want to do that? No u cannot change CPU or GPU in G751 , soldered to motherboard

Yup as toronto699 mentioned, the CPUs are normally soldered to the motherboard

Hi Molokow,

I'd be interested in finding out why you would want to replace your i7 with an inferior i3! Are you thinking that there could be heat/power saving benefits or is it simply that you'd want to transplant the i7 into something else? My mind is boggling!
