Building PC problems

Hello everyone!
About a half year ago I decided to build a powerful PC for video making. I asked a lot of people and read about how to build a PC so I bought all the parts. The config:
ASUS Rampage IV Extreme
Intel Core i7 3960X
Corsair H100i
8 Gb RipjawsZ F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL (2x4Gb)
MSI N680GTX Lightning
Corsair AX1200
WD AV GP 2TB
WD 1002FAEX 1TB
OCZ VERTEX 4 128GB
So I assembled the whole thing and since that I get a ton of problems what I can solve but there is one what I can't. I bought this PC for make Full HD gameplays, but I can't, cause the games lagging... I tried everything what I heard or read:
- Upgrade the BIOS, so I have the latest version.
- Test the RAM with Test86, nothing problem.
- Configure the Corsair LINK so the CPU can't go over 65 °C.
- Setup the Win 8's power options to Perfomance.
- Install the drivers for everything.
- Setup the Nvidia to Perfomace Power Option.
- Make a 15 mins Furmark test and that says OK. (I don't OC the Videocard.)
- OC the CPU to 4.4GHz. I think it's stable, because there aren't BSODs, shutdows or whatever. And the AIDA64 stress test is fine too. My BIOS settings:
- By all cores
- 4.4 GHz
- Vcore 1.3V
- VTT 1.25V
- All the others are on default. (I know a video maker who has the same PC and this BIOS setting so I tried this first.)
- I tested the Seriel ATA ports on the motherbord and the HDDs and SSD is faster in the Intel ports so I use those.

I tried to record a BF3 video with Action! (I heard that better that Fraps). The Windows is on the SSD, the game is on the SATA 3 WD Black and I record the video to that HDD too. (I only use the Green SATA 2 HDD to storage files.)

So I tried anything what I can. I'm a noob in this "OC, build a PC" world, but I want to learn it, because I love informatics. 🙂

Sorry for the long post, but I want to write my whole journey. Thus you know everything about my PC and (I hope) you can help me. There is some infos and test results: http://oi42.tinypic.com/2zftnqp.jpg

Note: Yes, I know my english is awful. Sorry I've only learn it since a year. :S

Just out of interest, what size screen or screens are you playing on?

I forget that. I use one Full HD monitor. So I play every game in 1080p with the best quality. 🙂

1920 x 1080p not going to make any difference you will only see your vram take a hit when you have two or more screens hooked up.

This is baffling me now.

Change cables? Not sure what else there could be.

Swap out VGA?
