Bootup failure.

Mt computer won't boot, it just shows me the initial screen that says "ASUS" and some other crap, but only for a few seconds, then the screen is black for a few seconds, then I see that screen again, all the while my computer makes a sound rather like the engine of vehicle not moving. Pressing delete (if I can do it within the ½ second the ASUS screen is up, otherwise it won't work) lets me see my BIOS utility all fine and well..
In BIOS, there are two items on the boot priority list where there used to be only the one..
It tells me "Overclocking failed! Please enter Setup to re-configure your system" despite the fact I've never ever run overclockers on it..

Help, anyone?
