Boot Problems Maximus Hero VI Motherboard

Ok, where to begin.

Ok I have a new PC since 2 weeks. Here are my specs:
Power supply OCZ 700 watts
Windows 7 Ultimate Edition ‎(X64)‎ Service Pack 1
Intel Core i7 4770K clocked at 3.50 GHz (Socket 1150 LGA)
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. MAXIMUS VI HERO Rev 1.xx (Bios version: 0804)
CORSAIR VENGEANCE 1600MHZ DDR3 16GB KIT CL9 (16 GB : 2 x 8 GB)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770
Screen: LG Electronics Inc. W2442 (HDMI)

Maybe since a week ago, everytime I have to reboot my computer after any new installation on my computer (drivers, new software, etc...) my computer boots into a black screen nothing loads even my mouse and keyboard. So I have to reset and after that reset my computer boots into windows.

Ok so a week (it's today) pass and then I decided to install Asus Suite III, so I tried the 4-way Optimization to overclock a little bit, everything went well until it asked me to reboot to finish the work. So when I rebooted same story like a told in the last paragraph. After my computer booted into windows it finished the work.

Then I updated my BIOS from factory 0224 to 0804. So I had to reboot my computer one last time and then my computer made the long beep followed by 3 short beeps, it means No VGA detected. So I tried to restart many times until I
succeed to enter the BIOS and reset to default. After that I finally loaded Windows.

So can I ask here what hapenned? is my motherboard faulty? or my VGA? or my Power Supply has not enough power to run my computer normally? Any ideas? If something is wrong, faster I know faster I can switch the hardware for a new one in my store.

Thank you,

Yeah that is normal. Not sure what kind of OC you are going to get with the EVO keep an eye on your temps.

How that can be normal? I searched the internet and this problem in 95% is resolved with lowering bios RPM failure.
And I saw one post in a forum where a guy fixed it this way: "I just I got it fixed I think! I just took it out, wiped out the thermal grease, applied new grease and reinstall the whole thing. Now, working properly. On a prime95 test, it's runs at about 1200rpms and the CPU temps are pretty good as well (...)". ( http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1693463 ).

This last post that I've found in a forum make me a little bit scared to overclock now...

Hey guys I Installed my new Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO but when I booted my computed I had a CPU Failure. So I've entered the BIOS and I monitered my CPU Fan speed it was at +/- 550 RPM so it was failing because it was below 600 RPM that was the limit set by my motherboard. So I lowered the limit to 400 RPM so I can boot to windows. Is it normal ?! First time of my life that I have installed a Custom fan to my CPU.

You have nothing to worry about the Low RPM warning, my friend. It is common for the heatsink's fans to run at low RPMs when your temperature is in check. The fan that comes with the Hyper 212 EVO is a PWM fan which means that it will ramp up to around 2000RPM when it is needed.

You made a second post while I was replying 🙂 My comment is about the post above the one about CPU fail.

Wow! Thank you very much, I'm relieved now! I will try to overclock a little bit the way HiVizMan describe in previous post.

Alright your overclocking settings are working good, I think hehe 🙂 I test it out with Prime 95 and was monitoring my inside temperature with RealTemp. I went to 4200.07 Mhz and my Temperature was 60 to 69 degres 100.0% loading state.

Looking good buddy and I hope you did not quickly post while I was replying that your system combusted and caused a black hole in the universe.

Seriously I think you have done well.
