boot problems from SSD

I built a PC about 6 months ago, and late last week it stopped booting up properly. I'm at a loss as to how to fix it. Here are the system Specs

•Crosshair V formula Mobo
•AMD FX-8150 Zambezi 3.6GHz processor
•Gskill DDR3 1600 2x8GB memory
•WD caviar green 3TB HDD SATA
•SanDisk ultra SSD 120GB SATA II
•Rosewill Stalion 450W power supply
•MSI Radeon HD 6770 VGA

I installed windows 7 when I built it, booting from the SSD, and it worked fine for 6 months. Recently, I installed a blueray drive, and it continued to work for about 2 weeks. Then one day, I went to boot it up and it froze as the OS was loading. . .and it's frozen there ever since. I checked the bios, thinking maybe the boot priority got mixed up (it's done that once before) but it was set to the SSD as usual. Any fresh thoughts on the matter would be very useful to me. Thanks in advance.

so does the problem go when you disconnect the bluray? or does it still remain.

Please remove the Bluray and clear cmos.

Reboot and set your SSD as the first boot device.

All should work
