BlUE TOOTH DELINEATE

I have a G30AB , on the shipping box it shows a Blue Tooth Symbol , but in W8 and 8.1 no blue tooth is installed on G30AB , I went to G30AB driver page there is a driver for Blue tooth for W7 32 bit and W7 64 bit , but in the W8 , W8.1 driver page NO Blue Tooth Driver , My original OS was W8, So does MY G30AB have Blue Tooth Only In W7 but the Box says W8 with a Blue Tooth Symbol . Who should I call about my Blue Tooth issue , I feel Ripped Off , Cheated as no Blue Tooth W8 or W8.1 driver fo my G30AB , that's one of the reasons I bought the G30AB was blue tooth included thanks in Advance Today I went to a BestBuy store they assured me The G30AB has Bluetooth Symbol right on the box they said , W7 driver will not work in device manager W7 driver has yellow ? device not working. I would just like to have Bluetooth as advertised on the shipping box for G30AB

according to Microsoft and asus support Bluetooth is built into W8 , when I updated to W8.1 a new lan driver was installed {now have 2 lan drivers} , but it does nothing so I guess my G30AB does not have Blue Tooth though the shipping box says it has Bluetooth Version 4. still feel cheated . Asus support said some G30AB come with a blue tooth module. some do not. all the research I have done bluetooth is never mentioned in the specs by asus for the G30AB. anyone where this module might be located inside the G30AB tower case. I want to look inside case. Asus cannot tell me weather I have a blue tooth module by my serial # then that says a lot about asus, they do not even know what is in my machine give me a break. Asus Get Real if the shipping box says it has Bluetooth when in fact it does not that's FALSE ADVERTISING ,
