How much I can overclock an AMD FX-6100?

I have a Crosshair V Formula, 750W XFX PSU, 4GB RAM.I was wondering if anyone out there can tell me the Multipliers and Frequency so I can get a nice overclocking result? (stable of course)Btw I use air cooling. a ZALMAN CNPX11S cooler
