Asus Rampage IV only runs 4 out off 8 GB?

Just noticed that my rampage is only running at 4GB instead off 8GB. I removed ram and had a play with different slots but still only showed up as 4GB.All 4 stick's are showing up in bios at 13333mhz.Any suggestions?
