HWinfo64 Vcore vs CPU-Z Core Voltage?

hi i have the STeK COMPUTER INC. G35CZ with RTX 3070 and i-7 10700kf. i have 16gb of RAM ddr4 nvme 3200mhz. when i go into the BIOS i have the XMP dissabled and when i try to enable it there is only "disable" option. does anyone knows how to fix it?

Z490 VREF Tuning

Anyone have advice on tuning VREFCA (DRAM CTRL REF Voltage) and VREFDQ (DRAM DATA REF VOLTAGE) on z490? For DATA REF voltage, it's 0-63. how do I use that? want to lock bitlines for most stable boots
