Crosshair V Formula and Asus R9 285

I have these 2 items are they incompatible? For some reason I am not able to post with the R9 285 install anyone know what the issue may be. i have no other issues with computer I boot fine with a 6950 installed.

problems with corsair memory and maximus v extreme
