i9 9900k 5.0GHz - AVX is not working properly
I have an i9 9900k + Maximus X Code overclocked to 5.0GHz and AVX set to 1, but it is set to 4.9GHz all the time, not just when I run applications that use AVX.Could you help me? I am using Windows 11
