vcore increase by itself

Hi, I tried to oc my 5820k but I've encounter something I don't understand. If i set my vcore to manual -> 1.16 it will jump to 1.26 during stress test. I havent oc since my x58 platform and I've fail to find any information on what could cause that....

"Best" DDR4 for OC-ing?

With a RVE MB, what would be the DDR4 RAM you could get most speed out of? Prices aside. I was thinking of Corsair 3,200MHz, but am told that it doesn't OC too well.

Issue with my PC

I've currently been having issues with my computer. It will shut off and try to boot back up and shut off again. When this happens I just shut the PSU off so it will stop. I get a message saying overclocking has failed, but I didnt have an overclock....
