Resolved! offset cpu voltage bios 1604 Z790-P

HiI recently updated my bios from 1404 to 1604. Now I can't seem to set an offset voltage to my cpu in the BIOS. When I do nothing seem to change. Windows launch as usual and the same voltage as always is used.
