ASUS Z490 Hero Memory not working

Hello!

Im struggling to run my memory kit 4x8gb (G skill 4266 19 19 19 39) (Samsung b die) with my 11900K. It pretty much fails to train or post.

IMPORTANT!
This kit worked perfectly with my 10700K i was able to run four stick at 4000 no problem. (4400 even but it wasnt stable) with the exact same motherboard.

My current setup is able to POST only with 3 or less sticks. Add all four and its no go. Changing the bios settings had not effect. I ve tried high voltages on the memory, system agent, VCCIO, etc (as high as 1.6). Also applied the utter most garbage timings that i could.

I was able to boot into windows once with asstonishing frequency of 800 MTs. (Yes, 800, not 1600). All four sticks. only once tho. Second boot didnt even post lol.

Even stranger. If you put two, one, or three sticks in there you ll find a hard wall at 3200 Mhz. I can tight the timings super hard and system including windows runs perfectly but if go to over 3200. its hard wall.

GEAR RATIO had no effect. 1:2, 1:1 didnt do anything. tried

Even more idiotic: I ve tested my CPU IMC using a Fury 3200 kit. I managed to get one stick to 3866 at gear 1. Clearly it can go past 3200.

Flashed both newer, and older bios. as well updated Intel ME. No effect.

XMP: Tried enabling/disabling. Loosening the timings, setting my own timings and frequency. No effect.

Switching slots: No effect. All slots are working. any combitionation of A1,2 or B1,2 is valid until all 4 slots are populated.
Did the same with the modules. All of them are functioning

Often get stucked in memory training and POST.

Im not expecting to get all sticks to max out. I dont think I have a golden sample of a CPU heh.  But HOW is it possibler that i fail to POST at even JEDEC 2133? Neither the CPU or the mobo should be having issues. Maybe the kit isnt in QVL. Except it worked perfectly with 10700K!
