I have the z170 Deluxe Motherboard and I am going to buy an i7-7700k in the very abrupt future and would like to know if anyone has tried the 7700k in a z170 Asus board yet with success? I have heard people are having problems with the new chips and just about every problem I have heard about is ASUS exclusive. Msi and Gigabyte have fully functional bios updates enabling Kaby Lake support. So I don't see why Asus has to be the Motherboard company that won't support it and wants us to buy a new z270 board 4 months after spending 300$ on a z170 board. I really really like my Motherboard, I like the way it looks better than any of their z270 series boards so far and would like a working update. If Asus doesn't provide one for their z170 boards I will never buy from them again. Anyway, can anyone say they have a Kaby Lake chip in their z170 Asus that's working?
