ASUS VG23AH 72/76Hz on an AMD GPU

I'm planning to buy the VG23AH passive 3D monitor, alongwith an AMD 7950 GPU. I've seen a YouTube video of using this monitor at 72Hz/76Hz at 1080p, but using an nVidia GPU. Is it possible also with an AMD GPU? Can someone show me a step-by-step guide on how to do this with an AMD GPU?

They do say you can do it with an AMD card, but it doesn't elaborate. Maybe look into creating custom display profiles under AMD GPUs. Running beyond the spec of the monitor is not something I can really endorse in a guide sorry (even if I did have the monitor to test).
