Asus turbo v download location?

So before I clean installed windows 11 a couple weeks ago I had the Asus Turbo V software but I cant remember what version or where I downloaded it from originally.
To make matters worse I dont see it in my Asus Maximus 13 Hero drivers download page (or any motherboard page for that matter).

Does anybody know where to find the official download location for the newest version? (assuming its compatible w/ my motherboard)
Did Asus EOL this software & why?

2nd question unrelated:
Why when I click on a thread are all the reply comments blank??? This happened on my phone the other day too. See screenshot below...

In case anybody has the same question I found Turbo V located on my motherboard CD, not sure why Asus doesnt list it on motherboard drivers page especially since they
refuse to send a USB w/ motherboard in 2022.

Second question is still valid! Ive opened several threads/topics and I can only see the title of the thread, everything else is blank. Maybe same developer thats coding
the ROG forum is developing Armory Crate?
