I recently purchased an Asus Strix RTX 3080 and am experiencing what appears to be screen tearing and jittery FPS on Apex Legends (Which is what I play 90% of the time.) While the in game FPS counter shows locked at 165, its anything but smooth. I am playing on 1440p 165hz, never had this issue until installing this card coming from an Asus Strix RTX 3070. I feel like this has to be either a software or Nvidia Control Panel issue as This only happens in game and not other usage like YouTube or browsing. I am unsure where to go from here, any help would be appreciated, Thank You!
Things I have done so far:
-Turned off GeForce Experience overlay.
-Tweaked different Nvidia Control Panel settings.
-Enabled and Disabled G-Sync/V-sync on Nvidia Control Panel
-Enabled and Disabled G-Sync/V-sync In Game
-DDU and reinstall fresh drivers, clean installation.
-Made sure all display settings were correct. (Resolution, Refresh Rate, etc.)
