ASUS ROG Maximus Z790 Hero XMP issues Bios 2602

I upgraded my bios to 2602, using the new default intel profile. Left alone, I have no noticeable issues. Using xmp1, my system seems to operate fine, however the desktop monitor doesn't wake up consistently when waking the pc. I tried xmp2 as well. The pc booted without error, but moments later the system froze. My previous bios was 2202, so it's been a while since last upgrade. XMP1 worked fine with that version with no other changes.

Reading what I could find on the subject, I ran memtest86 to check for memory errors using defaults. It ran 4 passes and said 40 of 40 tests passed upon completion.

My system:

Asus Rog Maximus Z790 Hero

EVGA SuperNova 850 G5

G Skill Trident Z5 RGB Series 4x16GB

I7-13700k CPU

Geforce RTX 3080ti

DeepCool Castle 240R AIO Liquid CPU Cooler (unable to link, disappeared from Newegg)

Any assistance will be appreciated.

Edit 1:  Removed 2 of the 4 sticks of ram per advice elsewhere and xmp1 seems to be working fine at 6600MT/s and no display issues. I didn't understand before that 4 sticks were a bad idea as Intel processors only support 2 at rated speed.

To use your 4 memory sticks. Don't use XMP, set your memory to 5600mhz (or 5200 )maximum and put a voltage of 1.10V and it will work without problem. (tested with my 14900k and Strix 790-a D5)
