ASUS RMA Horror Story

I honestly thought I was finally going to have a working product the third time they sent me a motherboard in as many months, but it was not to be. ASUS sent me the same bent motherboard twice, before I finally got them to send me a different one. Well they have really managed to step their game up this time because they managed to find one that was bent worse than the one they sent me the first 2 times. The second image is the first advanced replacement they sent me, the first image is the one they sent today. Did they think I wanted one that was bent more? How can your support be this terrible. My last RMA number was USPC611722 but I've had at least 6 numbers given to me over the past 3 months and still don't have a fully functioning product.

That's shockingly bad service, I wouldn't expect that from Asus... possibly Gigabyte but not Asus.
AMD Ryzen R9 5900X
ASUS ROG Strix B550-E (the worst motherboard I've owned in 25 years)
Corsair H150i Pro XT 360mm
32GB Corsair VENGEANGE LPX 3600MHz CL18
EVGA RTX 3080 FTW Hybrid w/ 280mm radiator
M.2 WD 1TB SN550 | 2 * WD Blue 1TB SATA | 2 * Toshiba N300 8TB | 400TB on a 48-bay Supermicro server
Corsair RM850X
Fractal Meshify 2
Microsoft Windows 11 Pro

So I'm on the phone with ASUS right now and the call has been going on for over and hour already and I still don't have the problem resolved. I'm about ready to take a hammer to both of the boards I currently have, take a nasty **** all over them and box them up to send back. I've wasted over 8 hours on the phone total with these idiots, over one product.

That's the most ridiculous RMA farce I think I've ever seen. To treat customers like this is disgusting. It's also a terrible advertisement for Asus. Numerous individuals will read this thread and many will be put off by their products.

They need to sort this nonsense out now, and give you bloody compensation.

Just in case you don't know...the maximum amount of permissible warp on a motherboard is 5mm from the centre to the edge.
