Asus prime b760m with i5 13th gen non K - Intel Default Settings or ASUS Advanced OC Profile

Hello, I recently updated my BIOS and I tried the Intel Default Settings, the power limit is set to 65w PL1 and 148w PL2, the thing is when I run CB R23 the multiscore gets down like 2000 points and the power limit kicks in in like 30 seconds after the start of the test with the frecuency getting down from 4.1 ghz all cores (P cores) to 3.3 ghz and 2.8 ghz (E cores) from 3.3 ghz. Im worring about the degradation thing that Intel 13th gen is having but the performance loss is brutal, btw  I havent had any issue since I bought it.

Is it safe to stay on Asus profile?

Specs: i5 13400, Asus prime b760m, 32gb of ram 3200mhz ddr4

PS: the Asus profile sets PL1 to 125w and PL2 to 253w, and I get all core 4.1 ghz from unlimited time and the power draw is 90-100w when running cinebench
