Asus Maximus IV Extreme P67 - No VGA detected

My pc booted to a black screen, it made a long beep followed by 3 shorter beeps. On my 2nd attempt it booted fine. Played Diablo 3 for 1 hour without issues and then decided to restart, to run memtest86 because I suspected my RAM was to blame. And guess what, the beeps and black screen were back. I tried again, no luck.
I checked the manual to see that these beeps mean no VGA detected. What does that mean? Is my GPU dying? Both lights on GPU are green. Why did I manage to boot and play in the meantime? What should I do next? Thank you in advance for your help.

Good to know you are sorted mate, it is not unusual for a card to shift during the normal course of use and is always worth while checking both fitments and power cables every so often.
