Welcome to the ROG forums, paul112333.

Put your motherboard on the box that it came in. Then proceed to inspect the CPU socket for any bent or missing pins.

Hey paul:)

Yes, checking the pins in the CPU socket is a good idea...check very carefully to see they are all aligned correctly. If they are replace the CPU and make sure you fit the cooler very carefully...try not to put pressure only on one side of the CPU for example.

Try one stick of ram in the various slots...see if it's the same on all slots or just some of them and try each stick of RAM this way too.

ok , well i checked cpu pins, but they looks ok. i check one ram stick in every slot but get same result, maybe is bios problem?

Maybe, yes, I would try flashing the latest BIOS for sure. Also check all your power connections make double sure everything is connected properly...motherboard and GPU etc.

Clear CMOS a couple of times.

Your processor was supported since bios 0603 I believe. I would suggest that if a full clear CMOS does not help that you return both the CPU and the motherboard to be tested. One or both are not working.
