did you go nvidia to amd or amd to amd on gpu?
be shure you remove old drivers 100%

No. I just switch from R9 280x to that matrix edition. Ive uninstalled all the old drivers.

tearing and all that happened AFTER you got the matrix card?
or did you have it on the other card to?

Yes. The problems were there after i get the card. The card i was using before had no problems. It works just fine.

if you have the option to test the card in another pc then do so.
and if it does have same problem there then RMA it.

There are a number of threads about this happening with the Matrix card I seem to recall.

RMA the card.
To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.

I guess RMA is the answer. Could not find any solution, been thinking about thermal solution on the Vram, seen that on youtube, but im afraid it will void the warranty. If i RMA it, could it be that Asus will just repair it or send out a new one?
