ASUS G75VW-BBK5 Qs. + ROG Qs Help pleae.

I just got my ASUS G75VW-BBK5 yesterday. I opened the box and I saw fan vents and I was wondering if they werent installed in the computer yet. If they arent I well open the bay and install them. I would like instructions though so I don't mess it up an anyway. Also I want to know how on youtube vedios and things I saw, what exactly is OVERCLOCKING, I know it well improve performance and how do I perform it. There were more vedios when people were playing games and they put them on ULTRA or MAXIMUM settings I would also like to know how to do that. Yes I am quite a begginer at this stuff but I enjoy gaming so I baught the best cheapest gaming laptop out there for $1,320 or something like that. If anyone knows where to get tips and tricks on this certain computer I would enjoy and appreciate it. Sorry if this i in wrong section I ever really forumed before.
