Asus 3060 Ti ROG Strix OC Overclocking Question

First time overclocking. I was wondering if the memory being +1500 would be bad for my card. Seems stable so far, Kombustor has been running for over 30 minutes.

Ryzen 5600x / Vengeance LPX 2 x 8GB @ 3600.

It should be fine, simply increasing the GPU memory frequency isn't going to cause any harm. However, you may want to compare performance. Past a certain point, it's possible you're losing performance. The memory has its own error correction. Compare 3DMark scores between a 1000 offset and 1500, for instance.
