I realized I was still on the old 1202 bios and there had been several updates since then. I upgraded to the 1603beta a while back and with a few quick tweaks everything was performing normally.
However after this 1703 update I'm experiencing some weird behavior!
First off, coolant temp rises steadily while im working in the bios. A problem I resolved long ago. Can't even remember how, but its back now.
Ive been trying to retune the system back to how I had it on the old Bios. I spent ALOT of time tuning this system after I built it and it's been running great until now.
Upon loading up windows I ran a Cinebench 24 test to reveal a DEPRESSING score of 942!! About 1000 points lower than my pre-update scores!! Wth?!
According to Hw monitor, temps were getting toasty, but no thermal throttling occurred while running the benchmark.
What in the world is going on here, and how do I move forward with tuning my system after this bios update?! I know it hasn't be out long, but any advice would be appreciated. Not sure exactly what's going on here.

Hello @SinisterDev85
Depending on what you've attempted to change, ensure that CEP is disabled as this can drastically skew the MT performance.

Thanks! I've disabled both the CEP settings. Didn't have to do that in my previous tuning.
I managed to fix the issue with coolant temps rising while working in the bios. And im no longer getting horribly low scores in Cinnebench. However I still feel more tweaking is required to achieve better stability and performance. But this is certainly an improvement.
I really wish they'd release new guides or update them after big bios changes. Going from 1200 to 1700 had a significant amount of changes. And I havent had to touch the bios in months, so once again Im rusty with tuning the system lol. I need to learn more about tuning rhe system on these new bios.
