Anyone succeed at 4000 with 2000 IF using 2x32GB 3600 CL16 RAM

BIOS: 3204
CPU: 5950X
RAM: Crucial Ballistix 3600 MHz 64GB (32GBx2) CL16 BL2K32G36C16U4B

Of course runs fine at stock DOCP 3600 16-18-18-38-1T @ 1.35v (No WHEA errors)

If I bump the speed to 3800 and FCLK to 1900, the computer boots and completes testing, but throws WHEA errors during Cinebench R23.
If I bump to 4000/auto or 4000/2000, no longer posts. I have to reset the BIOS.

The only DOCP setting for the ram is the 3600.

A poster on another place, has the same ram and CPU but different motherboard. He doesn't give all the settings but says he was able to get stable at 4000/2000 with using XMP term on his board with SoC Voltage: 1.10V VDDG CCD: 1.05V VDDG IOD: 0.95V

I haven't been able to replicate the settings. I would even be happy with stable error free 3800/1900

Anyone else have this MB and able to get similar or same ram specs to run stable 4000/2000?

Today I updated my Dark Hero BIOS to 3904 and I can now post and boot into Windows 11 with 4000/2000. I am writing this from that setup.

Same 3600 RAM at 4000 and FCK at 2000. At first zero WHEA errors. But while running Cinebench R23 it would jump to 100, 200, 300 after a few times. But in 99 or 100 increments all at once as it repeated the rendering test.
CPU core temps a solid 60-62 C the whole time during 10 min Cinebench R23 testing.
WHEA errors finished at 606 for the full 10 mins of R23 testing. 61C average. (Drops fast to 38C after stopping.) Room 75F.
22,793 pts score.

So close! No bluescreens yet with this setup. But the WHEA errors keep climbing. Now 1200 errors at the end of posting this since the R23 test ended.
