Any new rog cards in the horizon?

Looking at getting rid of my gtx 580 matrix platinums in sli for something a bit more updated. Wondering if now would be a good time to upgrade or does anybody have any info of new cards coming out in particular the matrix variation.

Thinking of getting the 280x but if im honest i prefer nvidia however there seems to be nothing available from nvidia that looks half as good as the 280x matrix. Ive always been a sucker for the matrix Led load indicator theres just nothing out there that can even compare with the looks of one of these installed in your system

At this moment you have only the 7970/280X Matrix cards... I think, those would be an upgrade from your present ones...

The R9 290X just came out and I'm assuming that soon we will see some manufacturer-specific editions of it too... who knows, maybe a new Matrix too?

Theres ment to be a new 760 mars coming out but havent seen any pics of it (yes looks of the card play a big part in it for me) but im guessing its going to have a huge price tag out of my budget.

It wouldn't be a 760, ASUS ROG wouldn't ROGify a low end card, it'd be the 780 or 780ti....though, it'd be nice to know just what the heck happened to the Poseidon

WTF dual 760s? They could of at least made the Poseidon a gtx 780Ti. A MARS III that got cancelled, A Poseidon that was never release and a dual 760card... 760s are just way to weak to be put in a premium card. We've been without a good RoG card for a while now...

280X = 7970 ( just a lill boost and refurbished ), go for the 290 if so ( new gpu processor )
or the 780 or 780ti ( GK110 )
770 and down have the same as 600series ( GK104 )
