I would not jump to any conclusions just yet, probably the same guy who sent OC3D these slides also posted them on the planet3dnow forum. P3DN in turn were already contacted by AMD with the request to remove the slides because apparently they were completely wrong.
Better to wait for next weeks analyst day for any real info and even those plans can change until 2016 😄
Lisa Su did say though that they are not abandoning the high end CPU market and AMD needs a new CPU for servers so it stands to reason that they'll release a CPU only chip for the desktop market as well.
