AI Overcloking causing BSOD

I am new to overcloking. my rig is:

CPU: 13700K

Motherboard: Asus rog strix z790-i gaming wifi

CASE: NR200P Max

 I see that this motherboard has built-in AI overcloking. i tried these steps:

1. set XMP II

2. I set to ai optimized

3. i undervolt by -0.07

what I am getting is application close automatically. not long after that BSOD. Could someone assist me how to use the ASUS AI overclocking correctly.

Can I ask why you're attempting to undervolt the CPU whilst enabling AI OC?

Under Extreme Tweaker > AI Features menu, inspect the recommended Adaptive Voltage suggestion as well as setting the recommended SVID Behaviour.
