I'm using a Maximus VII Formula motherboard. The technical specifications state that out of the 6 USB3.0 ports on the back panel, 4 are connected to the Z97 chipset while 2 are connected to ASMedia controller. My issue is about the quick charging feature on USB3.0. When I turn on AI Charger on AI Suite, the quick charging feature is only enabled on 2 USB3.0 ports. The feature does not work on 2 USB3.0 ports on the front panel or the 4 USB3.0 ports on the back panel. Charging devices with 3x power is a real timesaver. I prevously used a Z87-PRO motherboard, and I used that feature with 4 back panel USB3.0 ports connected to ASMedia controller. Attached is an image on which I pointed out the ports that the feature works on. The feature is functional only on the 2 ports I pointed out (and those two are probably connected to ASMedia controller). I haven't had any issues with the motherboard so far. My question is; why is this feature not available on other USB3.0 ports (2 front and 4 back, probably connected to Intel chipset)? Can I enable the feature on these ports? Is this a defect? I have been using the motherboard for 1 month, and I haven't had any problems so far. I'm using the BIOS version 2012, and I have ErP off on BIOS settings.

**There are 5 fans connected to the motherboard. Two PWM fans and three 3-pin case fans.
Off-topic: Doesn't this motherboard have a depop circuit? When I turn on/off the computer, I hear a popping sound. Doesn't SupremeFX 2014 have a circuit to prevent that?
