Stable means you can do your day to day computing day after day after day so in the end only doing that will tell you if it is stable or not.
However, having said that..RealBench is a great test of stability and if you passed 30 minutes then yeah, I'd bet you're stable...

The 4770k does run pretty warm but as long as you stay within temp limits overclocking is safe. You already have Realbench installed, all you need is a cpu temp monitoring program and cpu-z and you can squeeze what you can out of it.
Edit: with the Corsair H110 4.5GHz with 1.35v - 1.40v should be no problem.
