After running Realbench a few times is my system officially "Stable"?

After running Realbench around 30 minutes maybe more. Is my system officially Stable or not?
I'm not going to overclock it because I happy with my speed if you were curious

Stable means you can do your day to day computing day after day after day so in the end only doing that will tell you if it is stable or not.

However, having said that..RealBench is a great test of stability and if you passed 30 minutes then yeah, I'd bet you're stable...

I thought that I'd see if I could keep my system as it could be but I don't want to hurt my system..yet.


However, having said that..RealBench is a great test of stability and if you passed 30 minutes then yeah, I'd bet you're stable...

If you have a decent cpu cooler which you do and a good cpu, you should be able to do 4.5GHz with 1.35v or there about. It's free performance and you can overclock until temps say stop.

The 4770k does run pretty warm but as long as you stay within temp limits overclocking is safe. You already have Realbench installed, all you need is a cpu temp monitoring program and cpu-z and you can squeeze what you can out of it.

Edit: with the Corsair H110 4.5GHz with 1.35v - 1.40v should be no problem.

I'll share my 3770k overclock with you LeadBelly.
