Hi. I am using a B650E-I with a 9700X. Latest BIOS (Defaults) with nothing changed but CPU Core Ratio to 53 (5.3Ghz). System is stable but why are the temps going past the tjmax limit?

Hi @AndyCY

Maybe see if you can replicate this without having multiple tools open as this can cause polling errors. Can you confirm which board?

Asus ROG Strix B650E-I Motherboard. OCCT also shows the tdie temps but you cant see them in the screenshot. I originally only had OCCT open. When i saw the tdie temps, i opened Ryzen Master to compare.

The behaviour should perform as expected with the multiplier at stock. As the multiplier has changed, AMD changes the behaviour to "OC Mode" which disables PROCHOT.
