Hi guys, I found RS with 4.5ghz in static overclock with a 5820K and a Asus X99-s
But in dynamic overclock with adaptive mode the voltage change exactly but the frequency has a problem:
Speedstep -> Enabled
C-States Enabled
In Windows CPU min 5% and max 100%
The frequency change between 12x-33x , but it never goes beyond how I set 45x (max at 33x) , also with 100% load cpu
Where am I wrong?
