4670K wont overclock on Gene VI

Digitalle

Built a new system at the weekend:

4670k
Asus Gene VI
H100I
Seasonic G-550
Corsair pro 1600

The first few days the the auto-over clock set it to 3.8 @ 1.2v without me touching anything. I decided to try and get a bit more, and somehow now I cannot get the cpu to run past clock speeds. Either by inputting the multiplier manually or letting the board do it itself like before. Screen shots:

Other information:

Bios updated to latest version
Reset cmos and removed the battery
Also tried it with another 4670k that I have, same issue

May I inquire if you have AIsuite installed at all?

Not sure where my first post went with all the details... should I post it again below?

And no I don't have it installed, I'm having the same issues as the other chap on the forum at the moment of it not installing.

No worries your other post would have been trashed because it was very similar I think.

OK here is what we are going to do.

Go into bios and F5 to set everything to defaults.

Now change your mode of OC to XMP profile. That will take care of the memory setting for you.

Next set your desired multiplier, with your cooling I would say lets go for 44x - you just need to enter it into the top box below sync all cores

Now open the Digi+ menu and select medium.

Go back to the main OC section (escape) and navigate down to vcore.

Select Offset
+
0.020

F10 and enter.

Post in to OS

Please post a screen of your CPUz, both at idea and under some load.

Understood all apart from the 'medium' setting in the Digi+ menu, cannot find that. Could you elaborate a little

Sorry I think I found it. CPU power phase control?

Yeah sorry I did find the Digi+ menu, but when I enter it there is no option to set anything to medium.

Once you open the Digi+ menu it is the very first setting. It says CPU LLC Change it to medium and esc to go back.
