Although the 4 way optimization process works wonders most of the time, your CPU might require a little more voltage than what it is applying. Do you have CPU-Z opened to see what voltage it is applying?

Just as chino said, most preset values in the 4 way optimization and the uefi CPU level up are not high enough for a lot of haswells

Just another note, with aisuite installed you may get false reading with cpu-z, its a known bug with cpuz displaying the wrong voltage value

Manual over clock is the way to go, especially on haswell
