32GB Ripjaws Z 2133 Problem.

So you can read my system specs in my sig, my ram setup is 8x4GB fully populated.

Basically I can get a nice "OCCT" stable 24/7 OC at 4.5GHZ with moderate temps, provided DRAM Freq is at 1600MHZ , the problem is when I bring my ram up to 2133MHZ , OCCT crashes my system, although it survives a few good hours of prime, my board doesnt POST with "tweak mode 2"
I have to choose "tweak mode 1"
I have tried XMP with/and without a few manual settings/timings, although these may not be optimal, should I be using a 1.25 strap perhaps and tune with the BLK, also the clock gen filter? 10uf 20uf?

So what I am asking for is some help from the ground up, does anyone have a 3930k with fully populated DIMMS running 32GB at 2133MHZ, stable at 4.5GHZ, or above......WITHOUT #exotic cooling, PS before you ask me why I need soo much ram, ETC ETC
My rig is used to run music software very ram intensive, tighter DRAM timings are actually real world important to me ( I think :)), and CPU OCing, is a must,.

PS I am pretty much a NOOB when it comes to OCing, so please treat my like one, I am a good reader and fast learner though, Thank you for your'e time, DaNinja

Thanks for your'e reply, I have been doing some mods all morning, I am now I am attaching some voltage readouts under load, too see if there is anything you feel I should be concerned with.

Thing is if you have more than one monitoring program polling the sensors of your bpoard you can pretty much take the readings with a pinch of salt.

the values in Ai suite look ok to me but I have no idea if they are accurate and I dont know what vin1and vin 4 etc. are in Aida? If they are VCCSA and VTT then the readings are at odds with Ai suite and low....only open one monitor at a time....

Okay so I was welcomed by a bsod today, it was a 1e error, so I upped my Vcore a little to 1.425 now I got bad heat problems, could the bsod have been to do with VTT or VCCSA? My LLC is set to high, heres the aida results under full load, thanks again for the help

I think 1.45 is probably not necessary for your 4.5GHz overclock however before we get there i would suggest you get your RAM stable and running at it's rated value. So, if I were you I would clear CMOS and start with the RAM....have a look through the guide I posted earlier.....

sorry for not explaining more clearly Arnie, I did get my ram upto spec this morning, I reset cmos, loaded safe defaults, booted back to bios, loaded xmp profile, and benched, got no bsods or errors, this was at 3.8ghz 2133mhz, with no changes to the xmp.

Temps were warm, so I lowered the vcore, vccsa, vtt and PLL (which was around 2.1,) I also changed my LLC to high instead of auto.
Perhaps you could give me some suggestions of bringing my temps down after a default xmp, (which appears to work, no errors is just too warm)and hi volts, should I do a fresh xmp, and give you the new volts, at 2133MHZ 3.8GHZ and work from there?

Hmmm if XMP is heaping on volts I would try to set your memory up manually. Set AI Overclock Tuner Manual, Input RAM frequency....the primary timings etc. and take charge of VCCSA VTT PLL and VDIMM. I'd set VDIMM to rated (1.65 I guess)...PLL to 1.8 (maybe you could even bring this down to 1.6 after you have played with VCCSA and VTT)

VCCSA and VTT I would set to 1.25 each one and boot with that. If that is stable, I would reduce both 0.01 at a time until unstable and then back up 0.02. but don't go lower than 1.1v because you want to stay within 0.3v of Vcore OCing later.
